Since some weeks everyday another user calls and tells me he doesn't get mails. After hitting the update folders button or closing and reopen outlook new mails get visible. Reinstalled office, deleted ost, made a ne outlook profile. If the antivirus program isn't Outlook friendly, you may experience certain issues while using Outlook.
