Reflect current state:
- k3s on single EC2 spot instance (~$7.50/month)
- Forgejo, PowerDNS, Traefik running
- Remove outdated EKS/CockroachDB references

Hearth runs on a single EC2 spot instance with k3s, hosting:

Forgejo - Self-hosted Git at git.beyondtheuniverse.superviber.com
PowerDNS - Authoritative DNS for managed domains
Traefik - Ingress with Let's Encrypt TLS
